I’ve experienced the demands of working full-time whilst competing in bodybuilding and understand what is needed to balance normal life along with your fitness goals. I was able to balance my training and nutrition, working with my clients and my full-time role as a Physiotherapist for the NHS. I’ve learnt what you need to prioritise and how to balance work/life when building your dream physique so I can completely relate. My coaching distills all my knowledge and experience to help you achieve an unreal body transformation without having to sacrifice your whole lifestyle in the process. 

 

My program is for women who want to take their training and nutrition seriously, but also want to maintain a successful career and a full social life outside of the gym. How do you know I can help? Because that’s exactly what I’ve done myself.

You will have a bespoke training and nutrition plans to help you achieve your goals whilst fitting around your lifestyle. 

Your nutrition plans can either be meal plan or macro based and will be based on the foods you eat currently and enjoy. Making sure that nutrition plans are adhered to is so important, so having meals that you enjoy, that can easily prep and fit into your routine is always the approach we take.

 

Your training is designed from the ground up based on your goals/ a physique assessment to help you build a strong physique. This isn’t a generic training plan. We use tried and tested training principles alongside our exercise library and form analysis to ensure your sessions in the gym are effective.

Your sessions will be designed around the gym and equipment you have access to - But rest-assured these won’t be the “Booty Band” workouts you see all over Insta - I’m going to work to have you feeling confident using all the equipment your gym has to offer and say goodbye to gym anxiety.

Gone are the days of scrolling through WhatsApp for your plans - all of your data will be stored on our Excel Coaching app.

 

This isn't a generic app, this is a bespoke app where all information will be tailored to you to easily track your progress and find all of the plans in one easy place.

 

The education vault is full of documents and video's to help you learn more about the process. 

We are constantly updating this with new and relevant topics to continuously help you develop your knowledge and understanding.

  • Is this the right process for me?
    This is an adaptable process. Everyone's goals and needs are different and therefore the process is always molded to fit your lifestyle. There has never been a client that has put in 100% effort that has not achieved their goal.
  • How does the check in process work?
    Check ins are completed once per week on an allocated check in day (unless you require more if coming up to a particular event/goal). To check in you will complete a check in form which details every aspect we need to review on a weekly basis - including how your adherence has been, training performance, stress, recovery, digestion, sleep etc and you will also attach progress pictures. All check ins will be completed on the app and you will have a detailed voice note response via WhatsApp. Education is huge for us, so check ins are our opportunity to not only make changes and give feedback - but also ensure you are educated at every step of the way.
  • Do I have to follow a strict meal plan and cut out all foods I enjoy?
    We offer two approaches - a meal plan where each meal is listed along with food souces and quantities - or a more flexible approach where macros are followed - but flexible does not mean the results will differ. We will never ask you to cut out food sources you enjoy - the diet will purely be based around food sources you enjoy to eat (within reason) and set up in a way to maximise results.
  • How many times do I need to train per week?
    Your training programme will meet your availability. If you can only go to the gym 3/4 times per week due to work commitments, family life and so on that is no problem, the training programme will still maximize results in the time you can train. What I will say is no matter how many times train per week - your programme will be based off a needs analysis of what body parts you need / would like to bring up - whilst ensuring we review your training to maximise the response from every session.
  • How long will it take me to see results?
    This is a results driven process but you get out exactly what you put in - but it is not uncommon for my clients to achieve dramatic results within as little as 6-8 weeks. If you give me 100%, you will expect 100% in return. Half arsed efforts lead to half arsed results.
  • I have a lot of social occasions coming up, should I start after these?
    Starting this process when you have social occasions coming up is infact the best time to start. You may think that sounds backwards but If you can learn to manage these social occasions and see results when your life is busy, you will be able to maintain the results. Sustainable and long lasting results should always be the goal and a lot of that will come down to mindset shift and picking up new habits.
  • How much does it cost?
    All pricing will be discussed on the call dependant on your requirements. When we think of a cost, that is usually something that you pay for and get nothing in return long term however coaching is something which has the potential to benefit everything aspect of your life from this point onwards. What happens once I have reached my goal? We will have reached your goal and will have already pre planned our next steps during check-ins - to make sure you not only retain your results, but progress even further. The work doesn't end here... it's just beginning - continously strive for self investment and self betterment

I've had three online coaches before and none of them have given me the same level of support or care as much as Liv does.

Can't thank Liv enough for her support and lovely words especially when I was feeling low. It really spurred me on and kept the intention there to get back to it to make me feel better but to also actually give myself some rest at the same time.

I think Liv's service is brilliant and can clearly see how she is always looking to improve and do better for clients. Definitely the best service, I've had two coaches in the past who have bee n good but this feels a lot more personal and not like another number.

Just feel lucky to have found Liv and now have her as my coach. Just amazing to look back at what we’ve achieved together.

Liv always gets back to me in no time at all for my form vids and every time I have a question. She also understands that life throws obstacles so no pressure when things outside the gym get rough. The app is brill, so much info and so easy to use.

I don't think there's any room for improvement with the service to be honest. I feel like anything I need I just ask and Liv is always there to help me. I couldn't recommend Liv enough and I tell everybody they need to get on her team. She's changed my life!

I feel like this has changed my life, my thought process, my everything. I still have a way to go to getting to where I want to be mentally and physically but i'm finally now moving in the right direction thanks to Liv. I feel healthy, strong and slowly my confidence is building which was the biggest thing.

I absolutely love having Liv as my coach. She is so supportive and I feel she understands me, my lifestyle and my daily routine, habits etc.

Everything is tailored to me and the results show massively. I am so happy with the support she provides and I feel like I can actually talk to her about anything.

Can't think of anything to improve this service. Liv is always at the other end of the phone and always replies so quickly, check ins are always on time and basically just spot on! Such good content, such good advice and support - a top coach
